Continuum Growth Partners LLC ("Continuum," "we," "us") runs continuumgp.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to matt@continuumgp.com.

What we collect

  • What you tell us. When you fill out the assessment, the marketing audit, or a contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, phone, website, and your answers about your business and marketing.
  • When you book a call. Our scheduler (Cal.com) collects your name, email, the time you pick, and anything you add to the booking.
  • How you use the site. Google Analytics, HubSpot and Metricool use cookies and similar tools to record pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived.
  • Client likeness and voice. If you hire us for a Custom Avatar, we collect video, photos and voice recordings of you. See the section below.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, prepare for and hold calls, and send the follow up you asked for.
  • To deliver the work you hire us for.
  • To understand which pages and content are useful, and improve the site.
  • To send occasional emails about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose: HubSpot (forms and CRM), Google (analytics, email and file storage), Cal.com (scheduling), Metricool (social and site analytics), and the AI video and voice platforms we use to produce client videos. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is ever sold.

Custom Avatar: likeness and voice

Making a custom avatar means working with your face and voice. Illinois law and others treat face geometry and voiceprints as biometric information, so we handle them with extra care:

  • We collect your recordings only after you sign a written release that explains what we collect, why, and for how long.
  • We use your likeness and voice only to make videos for you. We never use them for anyone else, never sell them, and never share them except with the production platforms needed to make your videos.
  • We delete your recordings, avatar and voice model within 30 days after our engagement ends, or sooner if you ask in writing. In no case do we keep them longer than the law allows.
  • Your finished videos are yours to keep and use under your agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and assessment information while we have a business relationship or a reasonable chance of one, then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's settings.

Your choices

  • Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing matt@continuumgp.com. We will respond within 30 days.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
  • Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive health or financial details through our forms.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
